1. Rights & Licensing
You retain full ownership and copyright of your original written content and any proprietary assets submitted to StoryDiverPR for adaptation.
By engaging our services, you grant StoryDiverPR a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to create, edit, modify, and distribute videos based on the submitted content.
Unless an exclusivity agreement is purchased separately, StoryDiverPR retains the right to publish, promote, and distribute the produced video across StoryDiverPR’s owned media platforms (including but not limited to our YouTube channel, website, portfolio, and marketing materials).
If a Client requests exclusivity (i.e., preventing StoryDiverPR from publicly publishing the final video), an exclusive rights fee will be required, which must be negotiated prior to production.
2. Attribution & Creative Discretion
StoryDiverPR will credit the original author/journalist when publishing the adapted video unless otherwise requested.
While StoryDiverPR aims to maintain the integrity of the original content, the Company reserves the right to stylize, edit, and adapt the content to fit the video format, ensuring it aligns with our editorial and production standards.
Any disputes regarding creative direction or editorial modifications must be raised before final production approval; once a video is finalized, no refunds or revisions will be granted unless an explicit revision package is included in the service tier.
3. Content Usage & Compliance
The Client affirms that all submitted content is either original, licensed, or authorized for adaptation and does not infringe upon any third-party rights, copyrights, or trademarks.
StoryDiverPR reserves the right to reject any submitted content that contains unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or infringing material.
If a Client provides copyrighted images, StoryDiverPR must receive written confirmation that the Client holds the necessary usage rights. Alternatively, StoryDiverPR will source legal stock footage/images at its discretion.
4. Termination & Content Removal
Clients may request video removal from StoryDiverPR’s platforms; however, such requests will only be honored at StoryDiverPR’s discretion unless an exclusivity agreement was purchased.
StoryDiverPR reserves the right to archive and retain copies of any produced video for internal records, portfolio use, or as part of our content library.
5. Liability & Indemnification
